Central Ohio has a vibrant and exciting retail market.  It is home to many restaurant and retail headquarters. Polaris, Easton, the Gateway District and the Short North are just a few examples of some of the exciting projects that have been built (or rehabbed) in and around the area in recent times.  Franklinton and the southside neighborhoods around Children’s Hospital are a few more up and coming areas that will see a lot of retail space.
